He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Diehl and Wilma Diehl (Rosencrance); and his sister Jaime Mohrmann. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Diehl (Shaffer); his children, Jonathan Diehl of Middletown, NY and Jennifer Diehl of Honesdale; his stepchildren, Jonathon Miller of Mount Cobb and DeAndra Miller of Honesdale; and his siblings, Jan Kooistra (Joe), Jackie Mohrmann (Gene), Jeri Hopkins and Jeff Diehl.
