It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isabella (MacKay) M. Williams (Honesdale, Pennsylvania), born in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 1, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick H. Williams; and her parents, David MacKay and Ada McCray MacKay. She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie McKane, Janice Marshall (Thomas) and Wendy Czar (John). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
