He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Marshall and Ella Marshall (Mooney). He is survived by : his wife Sandra Marshall (Kenyon); his sons, Scott Marshall (Deema) and Craig Marshall (Joan); his stepdaughters, Samantha Kenyon and Kristen Tyrrell (Chad); his grandchildren, Austin, Logan, Kevin, Aidan, Ashton, Avery, Landon, Hannah and Noah; and his friend Gerard Casey.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Howell Family Funeral Home (269 Belmont St, Waymart, PA 18472). A memorial service was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
