He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Dean; and his parents, Wayne Balthaser and Vivian Balthaser (Kerschner). He is survived by: his sons, Harrison D. Balthaser (Melody) of Tyler Hill and Brian Balthaser (Dennis St); his grandchildren, Eve Balthaser (Geoff Briscoe), Celia Markley (Joseph) and Harrison Lars Balthaser (Carine DeSouza); his great grandchildren, Beulah, Gomer, Jemima and Efrayim; and his siblings, Betty Kaufman of Oley, PA, Carol Almond of Boyertown, PA, Kathryn Dugan of Reading, PA, Connie (William Searle) and Curtis Balthaser of Shoemakersville, PA..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Harrison's memory to the Shriner's Hospital Corporate Headquarters, 2900 N. Rocky Point Dr. Tampa, FL 33607.
