It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenn L. Eldred of Honesdale, Pennsylvania, born in Damascus, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 4, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude and Mae (Sprague). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marillda Woods; his children, Charlie (Denise Eldred), Leroy (Julia Eldred), Chris Eldred (Honesdale), Andrea Eldred (Honesdale) and Jay (Krystal Eldred); and his grandchildren, Charles Eldred of Hayward, CA, Andrew and Kristen Eldred of Ankeney, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
As per Glenn's wishes, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of Damascus "Missions Special Project Fund" in Glenn's memory at 1678 River Road, Damascus, PA 18415.
