She is survived by: her husband Herman Todd; her children, Kelly Todd (Dave McAllister) of Honesdale, PA, Lorna Shaffer Plunkett (Billy Plunkett) of Voorheesville, NY and Scott Irwin (Laura Irwin) of Honesdale; her grandchildren, Jake McAllister, Ella McAllister, Grant Irwin, Quincy Irwin, Andrew Plunkett, Rachel Plunkett and Lauren Plunkett; her brothers, William Decker (Kathy) of Honesdale, PA, Daniel Decker of Honesdale, PA and David Decker; and her stepchildren, Kurt Todd, Keith Todd and Kimberly Ostrander.
