He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Veronica Doyle and Charles Looney; his significant other Susan; his siblings, Charles, Chuck, Arlene Looney and Thomas Looney; his children, Gerard "Jay" Looney Jr. (Cheryl), Barbara Sussman (Andrew) and Donna Ramos (Angel); his grandchildren, Megan, Brandon, Alex, Jack, Amanda, Dylan, Chris and Erin; and his great grandchildren, William, Elliot and Baby Brooklyn. He was also cherished by his children, grand children and great grand children.
