He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Fulkerson (Mitchell); his mother Gladys Fulkerson (Bagnes) of Honesdale; his daughter Vickie Fulkerson; his niece Kim; his cousin Jim; his siblings-in-law, Emmy Lou of Honesdale and Jim Mitchell; and his pet Gracie.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home (1228 Main St, Honesdale, PA 18431). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
