He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome O'Neill and Veronica Flynn O'Neill; and his siblings, Paul, Charlie and Rose O'Neill.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Carlin (Dave), Tim O'Neill and Kerry Lombardi (Darren); his siblings, Rita O'Neill, Catherine O and Raymond O'Neill (Stewart Griffin); his sister-in-law Mary O'Neill, MD; and his grandchildren, Lucy, Claire, Sophia and Aidan Lombardi.
Memorial contributions can be made in Francis' name to the St. Katharine Drexel Altar and Rosary Society.
