She is survived by: her children, Stephen Cook of Apalachin, NY and Amy Carroll (Richard) of Elizabethtown, PA; her brother-in-law Philip Murray of Camp Hill, PA; her grandsons, Scott Carroll and Alan Carroll (Amber Hartman); and also John Sholtis.
