He was predeceased by: his parent Cecil Carney; his sons, Thomas Carney and Clinton Carney; and his grandson Justin Cordaro. He is survived by: his parent Lillian Carney (Skinner); his children, Deanna Potenski (John) of New Jersey, Matt Carney (Lurleen) of Hawley, Kristiann Martin (Danny) of Honesdale and Phil Carney of Honesdale; and his siblings, Donald Carney of Lake Ariel, Faye Heck of Avoca and Lila Hayes of Virginia. He is also survived by grandchildren; and several grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Clinton's memory to Wayne Woodlands Manor, 37 Woodlands Drive, Waymart, PA 18472.
