He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Delmar Lewis and Barbara Lewis (Halfaker); his stepchildren, Arielle Larson (Mark) and Grant Plonske (Lupita) of Colleyville, Texas.; his sisters, Lisa Lewis and Sally Lewis; his brother-in-law Jeff Starks; and his nephews, J'Gai and Faraji Starks.
