Betty (Hathaway) Wood Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty (Hathaway) Wood (Honesdale, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Amos, Marion, John and Junior; and her sons, Richard, Steve and Ed.
She is survived by: her children, Marcelle Wood Jr. (Patricia), William Macey (Sue), Thomas Wood (Kathy), Mary Courage (Thomas), John Wood (Lori), Joseph Wood and Jack Wood (Michelle); and her daughter-in-law Chris Macey. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to Dessin Animal Shelter, Honesdale.
