She was predeceased by: her parent George Leuvan; her grandson Duane McCoy; and her siblings, Harold Leuvan, Marshall Van Leuvan, Louise Eroh and Ruth Chapman.
She is survived by: her parent Katherine Sachs Van Leuvan; her children, Howard Bunting, Beatrix of Taylor, Bobby Bunting (Patty) of Waymart and Donna Bunting; her granddaughter Lisa; her brother Warren Van Leuvan (Mary) of Maplewood; her granddaughter Amanda Byley; her great grandchildren, Jared Byley and Larissa McCormick; her stepgrandchildren, Gail Scheller, Katie Payne, Mary Piragas, Teddy Beezup and Christina Beezup; and her pet Cindy.
