Bernard V. Derrick Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bernard V. Derrick of Honesdale, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2025 at the age of 98. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bernard V. Derrick to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ardis G. Ihlefeldt; and his siblings, Harold, Andrew, John, Merton, Francis, Clarence Derrick, Rosela Gibson and Florence Bishop.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Derrick (Elizabeth) of Waymart, Patricia Wolcott (Kevin) of Honesdale, Diane Richter (David) of Honesdale and Denise Latourette (Grant) of Honesdale; and his caregivers, Charlene and Margaret. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Magdalen Church (416 Church St, Honesdale, PA 18431).
