He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marie Garrett, Jean Carney, Etzie O'Connell, Myron and Albert; and his nephew William Belknap.

He is survived by: his spouse Veramae Monington; his daughter Patricia; and his granddaughter Jessica Norman of Seattle, Washington..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the donor's favorite charity.
