It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Bidwell of Honesdale, Pennsylvania, born in Hawley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 28, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John A. Bidwell; her parents, Frederick DeGroat and Minnie DeGroat (Schaffer); and her daughter Faye Herold. She is survived by: her daughters, Delores Batzel of White Mills, Marlene McMullen of Honesdale, Nancy Campen of Paupack and Fern Rippey of Waymart. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
