He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Reinard and Helen Reinard (Johnston); his daughter Tami; and his brothers, Robert, Carl and Burton Reinard.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Reinard (Potts); his sons, William Douglas and Rex Marshall; his sister Megan (Christopher Gold); his grandchildren, Brandon Reinard (Tia), Shanna White (Rick), Tyler Reinard (Amanda Livengood), Andrea Wittman (James Zackal) and Christian; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Ryder, Ethan, Jordan, Averee and Piper; and his siblings, Boyd "Butch" Reinard (Linda), Ralph Reinard (Greg), Ken Reinard, Roger Reinard (Audrey) and Wilma (William Miller).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice, Cabot Inpatient Unit at Concordia, Marwood Road, Cabot, PA 16023.
