Shirley Zundel Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Zundel (Homer City, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 13, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Zundel to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Shrum and Margaret Shrum (Gongaware); her son Bob; and her siblings, Bob, Larry Shrum, Dorothy Walker and June Neiman.
She is survived by: her son Kevin; her daughter-in-law Cindy Zundel; her daughter Susan Zundel; her grandchildren, Bill Altmeyer (Jenna), Shawn Green (Amanda DeVore), Brad Green (Katie Collins) and Zachary Zundel; and her great grandchildren, Casey, Max, Samantha Altmeyer and Sebastian DeVore.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at the Bowser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (4606 Old US 119 Hwy S, Homer City, PA 15748).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the memorial fund at Hope Lutheran Church, 35 Ridge Avenue, Homer City, Pennsylvania, 15701.
