He is survived by: his wife Becky Mack; his children, Charity Bolt, Nichole, Jennifer Weaver (Daniel), Shelly Mack, Heather Lange and Adam Mack (Bethany); his grandchildren, Alexis, Austin, Trenton, Cloey, Alayna, Adlee, Daxton, Laken, Griffin and Miles; his great grandchild Kennley; and his siblings, Louise Johnson, Erie, Alice Murdick (Gilbert), Larry Mack (Kathy) and Faye Bowers.
