She was predeceased by: her parents, Ford Hazlett and Cora Hazlett (Brink); and her siblings, Leonard, Raymond, Eugene, Mildred Schuster, Betty Lahn, Ethel Houser, Thelma Lucas and Dorothy Faith.

She is survived by: her sister Vivian Adamsky of Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
