She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jefferson and Tessa Pearl Moose (Wallace); and her siblings, John, Frank, Clarence (Jeff), Harry Moose (Sam), Velma Dies and Wilda Cramer.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Appleton of Indiana, Timothy Appleton (Joanne) of Homer City and Brenda McGarvey (Stephen) of Blairsville; her grandchildren, Matthew Appleton of Pittsburgh, Nina Appleton Steve (Jay) of Smithfield, PA and Samuel McGarvey of Blairsville; her great grandchild Mia Marie Steve; her sister Eldora Hermes Love of San Diego; and her sister-in-law Jean Appleton Thompson of Frederick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
