He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Midock and Katherine Midock (Thomas); and his brother Joe. He is survived by: his wife Carole Midock (DeCarlo); his daughters, Lauralee Croucher (Midock), Jessica Gally (Midock), Heather Shepherd (Midock) and Christina Midock; his grandchildren, Kierra Welch, Hannah Housholder, Jordan, Tyler Gally, Haley, Hazel Shepherd, Finn and Forest Gresh; and his sisters, Barbara, Cindy, Jeannie, Kathy and Marcie.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home (898 Old Rte 119 Hwy N, Indiana, PA 15701).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Association.
