Joan A. Ewing Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan A. Ewing of Homer City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 22, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Rhine and Alma Rhine (Hollenbaugh); her brother Harvey Rhine, Sr.; her nephew Michael Rhine; her niece Barbara Kotelnicki (Rhine); and her sister-in-law Carol A. Rhine.
She is survived by: her daughter Quindella Ewing of State College, PA; her brothers, Ken Rhine, Sr. (Donna) and Lawson Rhine Sr.; her sister-in-law Jean Rhine; and her close friend Connie Bateman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Luciusboro Wesleyan Methodist Church (16 Kanouff St, Homer City, PA 15748).
