He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward M. Valuchuck, Sr. and Alice Valuchuck (Prymak); his wife Mary Valuchuck (Pepple); his son Shawn M. Valuchuck; his grandson Cody Valuchuck; and his sister Linda Kline.
He is survived by: his children, Nathan M. Valuchuck, Edward J. Valuchuck (Jennifer) and Nicole L. Henderson (Jason); his grandchildren, Josh, Shawn, Madisyn, Emily, Chase, Eden, Kaylee, Brody and Owen; and his siblings, Ronald Valuchuck (Lucinda), Richard Valuchuck and Janet Aultman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
