She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Kintz and Dorothy Kintz (Devers); her husband Donald George Hoare; her sons, Donnie and David Hoare; her granddaughter Kalynne Kristine Scanlon; her sister Eleanor Thomas; and her son-in-law Barry Caprino.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Scanlon (Patrick) and Jan Rosporski (Stan); her grandchildren, Adam (Jill), Eddie, David and Anna Rosporski; her daughters, Justine Winger (Derrick) and Ryan Scanlon (Laurin); her great grandchildren, Cassie, Kaylee Winger, Anderson, Jackson, Ryan Scanlon, Madison Heckman and Sam Gareis; and her sister-in-law Betty Hoare.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bowser Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (4606 Old US 119 Hwy S, Homer City, PA 15748). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM at the Bowser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (4606 Old US 119 Hwy S, Homer City, PA 15748). A Mass was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Assumption Parish (403 Lucerne Rd, Homer City, PA 15748).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of the Assumption Parish.
