He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Tuttle and Ruby Tuttle (Phillips); and his sons, Thomas Scott (Red) and Ryan Tuttle. He is survived by: his children, Janet Nahar, John of Perryopolis, Charles Tuttle (Bub), Brandy Mather, Susan Taylor, Troy of Jefferson, Heather Scott of Waynesburg, Angela Morris of Carmichaels, Christopher Tuttle, Molly of Waynesburg and Preston Tuttle of Waynesburg. He is also survived by many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
