The passing of Kenneth R. Findley of Holtwood, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on September 30, 2024 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn A. Kipphorn Findley; and his father Richard G. Smith. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jane Rineer Smith of Holtwood; his sons, Steve (Angie Hess Findley) of Quarryville and Rick; his close friends, Jen Hess of New Providence and James "Jake" (Crystal Glass Findley) of New Providence; his daughter Tanya (Edward Burrell) of Peach Bottom; his grandchildren, Lane (Trish), Lexi (Jeremy), Dillon, Lauren, Taylor, Dalton, Bob, Ashton, Matthew, Destiny, Kennedy and Spencer; and his siblings, Coleen (Joe Neff) of Mt. Nebo, Mike Smith of Holtwood, Lisa Smith of Rawlinsville, Jamie Smith, Fred (Carrie Smith) of Holtwood, Eddie (Josie Findley) of State College and Nicki (Ed Crowley) of Mt. Nebo. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert Fulton Fire Hall (2271 Robert Fulton Hwy, Peach Bottom, PA 17563).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Ken's honor to the Solanco FFA, 585 Solanco Road, Quarryville.
