He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ira and Julia A. Talbert (Robinson); and his brother Hubert A. Talbert. He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. Talbert (Huss); his sons, Michael D. Talbert (Christine), Christopher Ira Talbert (Lori "Lu Lu") and Jeremy F. Talbert of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Abigail (Trevor Hosterman) of Colorado, Morgan (Wesley Foor) of Virginia, Elizabeth (Hunter Shaak), Roslyn Talbert (Luke Corona) of Georgia, Jordan Talbert of Maryland and Nicholas Talbert of Pequea; his great grandchildren, Lucy, Wilder Hosterman and Evelyn Michelle Foor; his sister Doris Ann Conger of Ohio; his nieces and nephews, James Conger, Scott Conger, Jeffrey Talbert, Danielle DeCarlo and Norma Eltzholtz; and his brother-in-law Charles Huss of Lancaster.
