He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Vicki L. Davis Osborne; his parents, Riley Osborne and Emmer L. Thomas Osborne; his children, Joseph W. Osborne (Christy) of Quarryville, Christopher W. Osborne (April) of Quarryville, Eric W. Osborne (Lauren) of Holtwood and Vicki L. Osborne (Brandon Leed) of Holtwood; and his brother Ronald Osborne (Denise) of Manheim.
