He is survived by: his parents, Rine H Neff and Patricia S Neff of Holtwood; and his brothers, Andrew R Neff of Holtwood, PA and John W Neff of Rochester, NY..
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Monument Bible Church (1660 Mine Rd, Paradise, PA 17562).
