He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia Davidson of Woodlyn. He is survived by: his pets, Holly and Jenny; his wife Kathryn; his children, Alexandria of Boothwyn and Nicholas of Glen Mills; his siblings, Alexis Campbell of Exton and John Bulisky (Dru) of Pennsville, NJ.; his mother-in-law Joan Van Horn; his siblings-in-law, Carol Healy (Bob Foth) and Charles Van Horn (Margaret); and his nieces and nephews, Rachel Bulisky, Elizabeth Zapczynski (Matt), Madeline Sage (Mike), Robert Campbell (Cecilia), Dalton Van Horn, Marie Haig (Eric), Michelle Inzerillo and William Inzerillo (Billy). He is also survived by 5 great-nieces and 1 great -nephew.
