She was predeceased by: her parents, George Medzie and Helen Medzie; and her husband Robert W. Perks. She is survived by: her children, Robert W. Perks, Jr. (Linda), Karen J. Stolle (William), Denise A. Howell (James) and Douglas G. Perks; her brother Charles Medzie; her grandchildren, Ashley, Janice, Kathleen, William, Michelle, Christopher, Jamie, Stephanie and Douglas; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Cameron, Cammy, Braelyn, Landon and Ella.
