She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. Herr-Neckar and Marie F. Herr-Neckar (Riday); and her brothers, Earl A. Herr-Neckar and Phillip D. Herr-Neckar. She is survived by: her siblings, Donna M. Hager of Jackson, NJ, Lois A. Taylor-Mizelle (Merritt) of Chesapeake, VA, Rev. Jan Taber of Holmes, PA, Alan J. Herr-Neckar (Fay) of Arkport, N. Y. and Merrit V. Herr-Neckar (Priscilla) of Holmes, PA.. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews along with many great, and great-great nieces and nephews.
