She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Swintosky and Helen Swintosky (Bielski); her daughter Amanda Fultz; and her former husband George Banfield, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, George Banfield, Jr. (Lois) and Lisa Daugherty (Don); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Amy, George III, Thomas and Breanna; her siblings, Stephan, Mary Betts (Bryan), Timothy and Faith Ross (Calvin); and her mother-in-law Patricia Fultz. She is also survived by 3 Sister-In-Laws, 2 Brothers-In-Laws, and many nieces and nephews.
