She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Burkey and Helen Burkey (Leventry); her husband Robert Stultz; and her siblings, Ronald, William Burkey, Janet and Mary Ann Burkey.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Hydusik (Jim), Jennifer Hambley (Richard) and Robert Stultz, Jr. (Kris); her grandchildren, Jeremy Stultz (Molly), Tori Hambley (Corey Brosch), Amalia Stultz and Jack Stultz; her great grandchildren, Noah, Adda, Ridge, Avery and Jayce; her sister Linda Rager (Rick); and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis and Dorothy Burkey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
