He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Simko and Pearl Simko (Pekich); his daughter Monica Tilghman (Rouser); his brother Eli Simko; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Simko and Scott Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn D. Simko (Lape); his children, Renee Rouser and Bill Rouser (Amy); his grandchildren, Billy, Mea Rouser, Tim and Christy Tilghman; and his siblings, Steve Simko (Pat), Joseph Simko (Donna), Mark Simko, Sylvia Miller and Sally Sandman.
