He is survived by: his children, Robert (Joyce Boratko), Mary (Paul Seitz), David (Linda Scholl) and Richard (Vicki Sendek); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Mark), Katelyn (Brian), Brian (Gina), Travis (Sidney), Michael (Adrienne), Brianne (Zach), Adam (Olivia), Laura (Kevin) and Meghan (Owen); his great grandchildren, Charley, Sydney, Brooks, Kensington, Karissa, Grant, Colt, Emmett and Gabriel; and his caregivers, Megan, Jackie, Brianne, Shelly, Debbie, Linda, Janie, Vicky, Chris and Charlene. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
