She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Shaffer and Rose Shaffer (Ashbaugh); her husband Robert F. Johnson; and her siblings, Donald and Doris.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Johnson, Robert "Randy" (Angela Johnson) and Kimberly (Morgan Najjar); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Jonathan Sawers), Jeffrey (Hannah Najjar), Lindsey (Caleb VanGrouw) and Travis (Kelsey Najjar); and her great grandchildren, Grace, Lee Isaac, Lucas Najjar, Delaney and Kinley Sawers.
