He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Blough and Harriet Blough (Phillips); and his siblings, Charles Blough, Bernice Welsh, Sherry Podrasky, Kenneth Hayes and Gail Blough (Janet Blough).
He is survived by: his wife Brenda L. Blough (Speicher); his children, Brandon Blough of Hollsopple, Bruce Blough (Lisa Best) of Marienville, Bridget Weaver of Hollsopple and Holly (Ralph Poore) of Hollsopple; his grandchildren, Britny Parks (Jason), Brady Blough (Maddy Mader), Brandon Blough (Shianne Kline), Austin Blough, Brenna Weaver, Brock, Brett Blough, Jenna, Chance Weaver and Jamison Poore; his great grandchildren, Kerri, Chase, Lucas Parks and Braxton Blough; his siblings, Gloria Smith (John), Carol Sterner (Ike), Shelvia Weaver, Trudy Stein, Richard Blough (Pauline) and Ronald Blough; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Hayes, Russell Welsh, Don Podrasky and Charles Speicher (Connie).
