He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Sullivan (Farris); his children, Cindy (Gary Smith), Jimmy "Sully" (Christine Sullivan), Dale (Christine Sullivan), John (Edith Sullivan) and Deanne Sullivan (Scott Jones); his grandchildren, Michael, Cassondra, Cheyenne, Dale E. (Jennifer), April, Josiah, Scarlett, Joshua, Mariah, Isaiah, Shane, Savannah and John III; his great grandchildren, Kyler, Rylan, Harper, Elijah, Jessiah, Remington, Rowen and Isaiah; and his sister-in-law Betty Sullivan.
