She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert F. Fish and Pauline Fish (Cochran); and her siblings, Robert, Richard, Roger, Ronald and Susan Gaydosh.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Blough; her children, Daniel P. McClarren, Michael J. (Robin) and Katherine D. Gruss; her grandchildren, Amanda Bates (Nathan), Angela Cruz (Mark), Courtney Michelle McClarren and Stephanie C. Zehner (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Eli, Mai and Gracelynn; and her siblings, Ralph Fish and Marilyn Grohal.
Family asks donations be made to Windber Hospice in Gaynelle's memory.
