He was predeceased by: his father Gary Lee. He is survived by: his mother Tina Stayrook (Mort); his sons, Reed and Jacob; his siblings, Ben (Susan), Ashlee Stayrook and Stephanie (Joseph Crum Sr.); his nephews, Evan, Ashton, Jayden, Joey and Jaxson; and his niece Scarlett.
