He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Neff and Beatrice M. Neff (Thompson); and his son Steven. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Koch; and his daughters, Michele Koch (Jeffrey) of Cresson, Trina Claar (Jacob) of Duncansville and Heidi Neff (Gilbert) of Altoona. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
