He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Hawkins and Myra Hawkins (Foster). He is survived by: his wife Patti Brenneman; his daughter Alicia of Hollidaysburg; and his siblings, Gayla Hawkins and Jason Hawkins (DeAnn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
