He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard D. Gingrich and Pearl Gingrich (Henneberger); and his brothers, Howard D. Jr. and Richard H. Gingrich. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Gothe; his children, Jill Miller (Kerry), Beth Smith (Keith), Diane George, Gary G. (Jill) and Mark T. Gingrich (Rachel); his grandchildren, Kerrilynn, Sarah, Heather, Carl, Max, Michelle, Cole, Clay, Jaime, Maddy, Tara and Nina; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Alex, Mira and Parker; and his sisters, Marie Louise Gingrich and Suzanne Rice.
