She was predeceased by: her father William A. Rebel. She is survived by: her mother Patricia A. Rebel (Murray) of Mount Pleasant, SC; her husband Dr. Terrence M. Smith; her son Jason M. Smith of Hollidaysburg; her sisters, Kathleen J. Hrezo (Brian) of Warner Robins, GA and Connie Rebel-Seapker (Tom) of Mount Pleasant, SC; her uncle Dr. Ralph; and her aunt Sally Kuhn of Butler. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
