He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Baker and Marie Baker (Leap); and his siblings, Edward R., John F., Philip J., Charles A. and Margaret A. Hart.
He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia M. of Hollidaysburg, Teresa L., Francis J., James W., Raymond J. of Hollidaysburg and Joseph M. of Waynesboro.
