He was predeceased by: his mother Alma Sharpless; and his spouse Shirley L. McGee. He is survived by: his children, Thomas C., Stephen T., Robert E., Kenneth J. Wagner and Tina M. Wagner; and his sisters, Phyllis Kauffman and Kathy Burns. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
