It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Seraphin J. Conley T. O. R. of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 19, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Conley and Elizabeth Conley (Milliken); and his sister Elizabeth McCullum. He is survived by: his sister Carol Pelletier; and his cousins, Gail Connolly, Mary Maffeo and James Conley.
